Our Mission: To bring the fun and flavor of a big city hot dog eating experience to our South Central Nebraska customers and to have a good time doing it.
Who We Are: Graduates of Hot Dog University — the “Harvard of Encased Meats” — in Milwaukee Wisconsin. We serve authentic Chicago-Style hot dogs, hot polish, and chili-dogs, from our exceptionally clean and tastefully festive mobile vending cart. Our premium all-beef franks, steamed Rosen’s poppy-seed buns, hot dog chili, and Chicago-style condiments are the real deal; made by Vienna (the poppy-seed buns are made by Rosen’s and packaged for Vienna), purchased by us, for you, for your gourmet hot dog eating pleasure.
